Where To Find Free/Low Cost Dental Care

While approximately 45 million Americans do not have health insurance, about 2.5 times that number do not have Dental Insurance. If you are among the latter group, you may be eligible for free or low-cost dental care.

Dentistry From The Heart is a national nonprofit organization whose sole purpose is to provide much-needed dental care for people who do not dental health insurance or who are underinsured. Every year, dozens of dental offices and clinics across the country host a day of free dental care otherwise known as a Dental Event. Twenty-nine states had "dental events" in 2008.
